How to see the complete list of IP addresses that have accessed my Google account from the beginning of time?

My phone is stolen. Once Google warned me of an unknown IP address which I didn’t recognize.
Unfortunately at the time I didn’t have the time to write it down.
But after one month I remembered the warning and wanted to look the IP up thoroughly.
However now Google said: “sorry”. Anyone can see only the IP address which has accessed their accounts only up to the last 28 days (or the last 10 IPs).
So Google has the IP address of the person who has stolen my phone but won’t share it with me.
But why they do this and how can I see all the IP addresses which have accessed my account again?

Basically Google stores so many “bullshits”, from so many YouTube videos to everything else…It is just unimaginably huge…
But by storing all the IP addresses (for more than 28 days), how much space it would take? Regarding for all the planet earth and remembering those IP addresses are a few words after all, it would be funny to even estimate it, because all can be stored into a file with a maximum file size of at most 10 megabytes and that is for all the planet earth IP addresses but they have got this 10 megabytes file and deleted it from their servers instead! They had no space for it! As simple as that!
They only keep it until the last 28 days now and then delete it, so they save 10 megabytes of space overall!
This is the stupidity that albert Einstein was talking about in one of his quotes as one can see!
I read on internet that they have done this to protect the privacy of people… Anyway I want to congratulate them… They protected the identity of this thief especially by not informing me that they will keep his IP address for only 28 days, afterwards which they will be deleting it…
At least they could remind me about it…
