Question How to select speed of ram?

I have a v-p7h55e and when is start my computer it says ddr3-1600 mhz but my ram supports 1866mhz, how can I change that in the bios?
My bios version is 0504 and I have hyper 8gb ddr3 1866mhz ram.

According to this specification.....that MB only supports up to 1333.

I'm a little surprised you are seeing 1600.
