How to? send email to i730

The office issued me a Motorola i730. The service provider is
NEXTEL. I have downloaded the manual so I can search it fast on the
computer.

Nowhere can I find how to send an email to my i730 from a computer.

Is this possible?

I had AT&T as a provider on my previous telephone, and all I had to
do from a computer was poke in 1 + my number + @att.net, or something
close to that, and an email was sent to my telephone.

Bloody phone is more frustrating than a computer.
