[SOLVED] How to set 144HZ In NVIDIA System Panel

I have selected 144hz on Windows but either im too dumb to notice the difference or i also need to set it on the nvidia control panel where i unfortunately cant select it (only 60hz).
(i do have 144 fps ingame although u can also reach that without an 144hz Monitor)

So my Question is.. How do i change that ?

It is connected via DVI-D (Not HDMI as Displayed in NVIDIA

you may need to set the native resolution & refresh rate in the monitor's OSD menu before NCP or Windows > Display > Advanced Properties.

You cant activate that in the asus options. I updated my nvidia driver and somehow that fixed it (even though my monitor is from 2012)

DVI to HDMI converts the DVI side to single-link, which not have enough bandwidth to support 1080p 144Hz. There is no way to convert dual-link DVI to HDMI as HDMI does not physically have the pins to support dual-link. You need to use native HDMI or DP.
