How to set color settings for ASUS AURA sync,

My motherboard is the ASUS Maximus IX hero, I have two RGB strips attached. I was wondering how I could control and change the colors on the motherboard and thereby, the strips. Is the AURA settings in the BIOS or do I need to download a separate program to control them.
