I used to be able to set a different wallpaper on each screen, but it seems like this feature has been removed in win10 1903. Does anyone know how to do it now? I can't see why they would take this away.

Solution
Right click desktop. Select Personalize. Of the images displayed for desktop wallpapers, right click any one and select "Set for monitor 2" or 3, or whatever. That will give you different wallpapers for different monitors.

I have used this on multiple systems with 1903 installed, so it works fine. Just did it again yesterday on a new system for a client. No problems.
