laptop have even more protection in place. make sure the air vents are not cloged. use a can of compressed air/gas to blow them out. with the laptop off, use a paper clip and gently put it in the intake vent where the tiny cpu fan is. you want to keep the fan blades from spinning when you blow the compressed air/gas in the vent holes. the speed of the air/gas coming out of the can potentially spin the fan faster than it is designed to spin. otherwise dont worry about it.
and also, many question the reliability of temp programs on many laptops. my a10 trinity laptop sometimes would read over 100c which is impossible since its past amd limits, others have reported 110c or...
