How to set ram speed on Biostar z370gt6

Hi, just got new mobo(biostar z370gt6) +cpu (8600k) and now I'm wondering how to set my ram speed higher in BIOS.

The ram that i have is 3200MHz

turn on xmp profile.

For Biostar I believe you can locate your XMP settings in the “Performance” tab of your BIOS. You would need to enable XMP for your RAM to clock at 3200MHz.

You will see in picture on page 30 of BIOS manual
Memory Profile ------------------------ Default Profile

That is where you are now at the default profile, and below that are XMP profiles. You need to enable the XMP profile that suits you.
