How to set the ram frequency (memory clock speed) in asus m5a78l-m lx motherboard?

I installed 8gb 1600 mhz ddr3 ram (2x4gb) to my asus m5a78l-m lx motherboard. How can i set the ram frequency (memory clock speed) to 1600 mhz

you will have to set it manualy in the bios using the cpu-z spd memory tab for jedec settings .

it changes by itself when you step up your cpu parameters like base frequency and other stuff .. there's no option to change the RAM frequency alone
