how to set up 3 monitors

Im about to build my first pc for gaming and want a 3 monitor set up but am not sure how

I was looking at the gigabyte gtx 760 will that work? It hs 1 hdmi 1 dvi-i and 1 dvi-d So I could run the one hdmi and a dvi-i to hdmi and then a dvi-d to hdmi would that work without dropping the fps or effect the graphics?

Yes. With two as well.

Personally, I'd get a single GTX 780 rather than two GTX 760.

You will get some adapters with the graphics card - depending on which card you get. You will have to buy some others. It depends on your monitors.

You can usually figure out which adapters come with a card by looking at its Newegg page.

And no, adapters don't lower fps.
