How to set up a VPN Connection In Windows 10 Error

Whenever I want to connect to a new VPN connection on win 10(followed this video http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/faq/id-2569630/set-vpn-connection-windows.html?56506a0110996=reload) it gives me message: Cant Connect to"name of vpn connection"
The remote connection was not made because the name of the remote acces server did not resolve.
I just want to create new vpn so I can use aster for multiseat.

Pass on your full systems specs. Are you sure you inputted the correct values into the boxes following the VPN tutorial? Have you installed the latest drivers for your networking devices running off Windows 10?

Speaking of OS, is the installation of your OS from an upgrade or a clean install?

I have the same issue and my install of Windows 10 was an upgrade.
