How to set up an interactive login message in windows 10



Windows 10 has gained popularity among the people ever since its release by Microsoft. The best part of this operating system is that the user interface is extremely interactive with plenty of easy navigation options. In addition, it provides personalization and security options for users. Sometimes, you might want to have a specific customized logon message while the logging in happens. You can do this easily. Here is how you set up the interactive login message in the Windows 10 system.

Step 1
Click the ‘Search Bar’

Firstly, click the ‘search bar’ as shown below. The search bar allows you to search for the different control and setting options available on your Windows 10 system.



Step 2
Type ‘Local Security Policy’ in the search bar and click the ‘Local Security Policy’ option

Now, type ‘Local Security Policy’ in the search bar. Then search and scroll through the options to choose the ‘Local Security Policy’ option to open the local security options of your Windows 10 system.



Step 3
Click the ‘Local Policies’ option

In the ‘Local Security Policy’ window, you will find options like account policies, security policies, public key policies, etc. Here, click the ‘Local Policies’ option to view the available local policies of your system,



Step 4
Click the ‘Security Options’

Under the ‘Local Policies’ options, there are three sub-options including audit policy, security options, and user-rights assignment. Here, click the ‘Security Options’ option.



Step 5
Click the ‘Interactive logon: Message title for users attempting to log on

Scroll through the options available in security options and then click the ‘Interactive logon: Message title for users attempting to log on option.



Step 6
Click the ‘Local Security Settings’ tab and type the ‘message title’

Now, click the ‘Local Security Settings’ tab as shown in the below pic. Then type the message title in the space provided. To confirm the title typed, click the ‘Apply’ button as shown.



Step 7
Click the ‘Interactive logon: Message text for users attempting to log on

Now, you need to add the interactive message for the title already provided. Again, scroll through the options in security options and then click ‘Interactive logon: Message text for users attempting to log on option.



Step 8
Click the ‘Local Security Settings’ tab and type the ‘message text’

Click the ‘Local Security Settings’ tab to frame your interactive login message. Then type the message text in the space provided as shown below. Once, you have typed the text, click the OK button



‘You can now easily set up the interactive logon message in your Windows 10 system by following the above steps;
