Question How to set up fan hub?

Sorry for my english i advance. I have a fan hub to which i have connected some rgb case fans to .Hub is powered by a molex cable. I can switch colors via controller which came with the hub but i can't control the fan speeds. Hub has one more connector which says "Fan Sw". It is a 3 pin connector. Any ideas how to controll the fan speed?

It would be nice to know the brand and model of the fan hub so we can see what you have.

Fans with a 3 pin connector control fan speed by changing the voltage applied to the fan. More power = faster fan. Many motherboards will supply a 3 pin header that you can connect to. Fan control can then by done by motherboard BIOS or software.

There is no branding on it unfortunately.i have 6 pin fans( 8 of them). Hub is powered by 4 pin molex and there also is Fan sw 3 pin connector but i don't have a cable for it to try.

Without more information, it's hard to say what the Fan sw header is for ... it could be for controlling fan speed, but it could also be for a 3 pin fan ... Were there any instructions that came with the hub? Can you get us a picture?
