How To Set Up Fans on Liquid Cooling

I am new to the liquid cooling scene. I am going to be purchasing a Corsair h100i here very shortly and was curious as to how I should set up the fans. Should it be like this

Case-------------------------
Fans^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Radiator==============
or like this
Case------------------------
Radiator============
Fans^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

push setup is a little bit better than pull, so yoou should set your fans like this

Okay, now if I have room for it should I do push/pull? Or is there not really much of a gain with push/pull?

not much of a gain but its pretty common for people to do, maybe up to 5 degrees difference if you are very lucky
