How to set up speakers with my computer?

I plan on buying these http://www.ncix.com/detail/kanto-yumi-powered-bookshelf-speakers-8c-92662.htm and i'm wondering how you would set them up with my PC. They have built in AMPs so i don't need to worry about those but i'm unsure what do to get a sound signal from my pc to the speakers and what wires and connections i must use.

They should come with the required cords, and connect to the audio outputs on your motherboard.
