Question How to set up World of Warcraft for 4k HDR?

World of Warcraft gives me washed up colors even when using Ultra or High settings with DX12. I have been through the settings many times but can't make it look good at all. Am I missing something or WoW doesn't really have HDR support?
I have seen some videos on youtube claiming to be HDR enabled and they look pretty good.

HDR seems to be working fine with movies/TV shows and only other game I tried so far is Forza Horizon 4 and it was great with everything to Ultra + HDR + 4K. Upgraded the system last week and still need to upgrade my game library!

My recently upgraded system details.

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Check Hardware acceleration. Turn on or off as necessary to determine if that makes a difference.

Corsair 860W AX860 ATX Platinum Modular Power Supply, 80 PLUS Platinum. It's 8 years old, same as CPU Cooler. Still running solid!

Not sure about Hardware Acceleration. There's no option for that in the game settings.

Read and then look for other similar links.

Make only one change ( e.g., Slider on/off) at a time and test that change while running different games and apps. Especially those ( WoW as posted) with washed out colors.

Do not use Registry editing or any third party software tools or apps.

Oh yeah, that option in Graphics Settings was on and turning it off doesn't make difference. Sorry switched to Win 10 recently and didn't remember name of those settings.

Yup, have DX12 and Ray Tracing enabled in game settings. Changing those show some difference in graphics but overall it still look worst than my old system with 1070 @ 1440p.
