How to setup 2 network cards in server 2008 r2 to access internet for lan

Hello,
My Windows Server 2008 r8 has 2 network card
1st card I have connected to Internet Router
2nd card I have set up the LAN to access the database application from server with 2 clients.
Question
1) Currently 2 clients can't access the internet
2) How to setup the 2 clients to be able to access to internet?

Why aren't the two clients connected to the router just like the server? Why run them through the server at all? Because that's the problem here. If all servers and clients were connected to the router, all would have LAN access among each other, and internet access.
