How to setup 2 raid 1 with 4 drives

I have a sabertooth 990fx r2.0, is it possible to set up a raid 1 for both my windows and my mac 3tb hard drives? If not, could I do it with smaller hard drives?

Uefi bios, you should be all set with setting up your raid1's - just remember that windows cant read the mac's native drive format (hsf+) so you would need a 3rd party utility (like macdrive) to be able to read them;
