What I'm trying to do is setup dos mode on my Windows 98se computer. I am using the following https://www.philscomputerlab.com/ms-dos-mode-super-easy.html I'm having trouble set up the audio . My drivers come on the following disc: "Legend -QDI Driver CD 2000 For VIA SIS AMD Chipset Mainboard v1.7 I believe the onboard audio should work in MSDOS.

I'm not sure what you are doing, but I have MSDOS installed via Virtual PC 2007. I installed DOS via Windows 98SE in the virtual environment. I need to review it all again. I remember installing WordPerfect DOS 5.1. That's the virtual machine. It has been several years, but I use it daily for my court work. I just know it works to create an ASCII disc.
