How to setup email on windows 7

Since I didn't think I liked Windows Live mail, our computer man made the screen look like the old Outlook Express. Now we find that we don't like this as much as the Live mail screen. How do we change it back?

it could be mozilla thunderbird.
If you contact your ISP they can run you through over the phone to setup a new email account in windows mail.
