how to setup fiber channel ssd

i managed to get 5 fiber channel ssds for free and i was wondering the easiest and cheapest way to add them to my computer. i have 2 of these also. i will buy most components used if possible

You will have to find a chassis to plug those drives into. According to the manual you linked, they have an SCA2 interface. I don't know where you will find a chassis or adapter to plug them into.

Those FC HBAs aren't going to do you any good without some kind of controller in between.

I have no idea. You will have to ask (and they probably won't know) what type connector is on the backplane. Maybe they can take a picture of the connectors on the backplane.

are their multipal fiber channel connections that would look like this?

any chance their is something that would simply convert the fc connection to sas or sata? i have seen some online that convert a sata drive to fc but that would be the reverse as i want

That looks like the diagram in the documentation for the SSDs. Unless this is just for the experience, I would pass on the whole thing. For a few GB of SSD that can be purchased now for a couple hundred dollars. Just not worth the time invested IMO.

yea. i was still hopeing to try to do it these hard drives are very cheap ~$25 for 400 gigs of decent ssd performance and they respond better to raid than consumer drives so i would imagine i could get close to 2 tb of flash at close to 1500 mb/s read and write and be able to add more at $25 for 400 gigs if i needed. i would also like the experience of doing it and i have plenty of free time right now.

please only sudgest differant parts if their is a compatibility issue. and please dont suggest not to do it is i have alot of fibre channel drives i would like to use. i really appreciate any help i could get on this
