How to setup Gestetner to print Duplex Vista

Problem: Just upgraded my Windows from Win XP to Vista, my duplex setting is greyed-out and i really need to print in Duplex as mostly print training manauls. See the below details:

Printer Name Gestetner MP 3010
Driver Installed: N38173en
connection type: Network Printer
