How to setup liquid cooling

Hello community,

I have a CoolerMaster HAF 932 case and I was wondering how to go about setting up liquid cooling.... price, install, restrictions it creates if any.
I have a M-ATX motherboard so I was wondering how much room it would take and if I can still have everything I want in the rig.

P.S. What I will have in the end is:

Biostar TH55BHD motherboard (M-ATX... I know that's what I can afford)
OCZ DDR3 PC3-12800 Gold (will get 6GB or 8GB)
Intel Core i5 760 2.88 LGA1156 L3 8MB
Cooler Master Extreme 650W ATX Power Supply
HP w2207 monitor
SEAGATE 3.5" 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Sata II
XFX HD-577X-ZNFC (Radeon HD 5770 1GB)
