How to setup Mouse Steering for pc racing games such as F1 2013, Grid 2

Hi guys,

I saw a video on youtube of someone playing Codemasters F1 pc game with a mouse.

Its possible to setup mouse as steering input in Win XP.

Please tell me if you know how to do it for Win 7 64bit.
