How to setup my wifi card

I just got my new wifi card. I dont know how to get installed or nothin. I plug it in and it says something about software not recongized. (I cant remember entirely) THX for help in advance

I know it sounds silly but did you read and follow the instructions? You'll need to install software drivers to get it to work most likely.

It didnt come with any, it just came with a usb and a entenna

And what is it? Whats the brand/model? And what version of windows is installed?

I am running windos 7 64bit. It is going to take me a while to find out what brand it is. It seriously came with nothing except the usb and the entenna (I didnt really do alot of research i didnt think it would be super complicating.)
