How to setup speakers to a monitor and to a computer separately

This is my current setup, the question is on the picture in red.
I basically want sound for my PS4/XBOX360 to come through my speakers instead of my monitor speakers as i don't like the audio quality.
The only possible solution that i'm coming down to is get a box and have a switch to only allow sound come through one device at a time.. which i'm perfectly happy with.

The connections for my PS4/XBOX 360/PC are all done through HDMI cabling.
The connection to and from my speakers is a 3.5MM jack.
The connection to and from my monitor is HDMI too.

Get an audio "stripper" like this -- https://www.amazon.com/ViewHD-Extractor-Optical-Converter-VHD-H2HSAs/dp/B00KBHX072 Put it on the output of the HDMI switch and use an RCA to 3.5mm adapter cable.

Cheers man, that isn't quite what i need as i need a 3-WAY HDMI so i can have all devices plugged in and switch the audio for each device but much appreciate for the help

I guess I assumed you already had the 3 way switch ...
