A few questions:
1) Are both displays connected to a graphic card's outputs, the motherboard's outputs, or one in each?
1a) If connected to a graphics card, what graphics card? Does it have a native VGA output or are you using an adapter?
1b) If connected to the motherboard, what motherboard? Does it have a native VGA output or are you using an adapter? Does it support multiple displays (have you read the user's manual)?
1c) If one display is connected to each; the graphics card and the motherboard, what motherboard? Does it support using the on-board graphics if a graphics card is detected in the PCI-Ex16 expansion slot (check your user's manual in BIOS)?
2) Did you enable dual displays in Desktop Properties/your graphics card control panel?
