Hi, I have 2 DisplayPort monitors (no HDMI) and need to share them both with 2 hosts.
  • Thinkpad T470 with HDMI and Thunderbolt/USB3
  • desktop with HDMI and DisplayPort
I am finding a difficulty finding a switch/kvm device capable of allowing 2 hosts to share 2 DisplayPort monitors. The monitors also have VGA and DVI.

I also have:

  • Matrox TripleHead2Go DP which has only display port connectors
  • DP mini to DP cable, and a few decent DP cables
  • DP to HDMI cable (only good for output to HDMI monitor)
Any options for me to pursue? I'd like to keep cost under $200. This is for work, basic productivity, laptop display and 2 external monitors. Same for the PC. Little to no gaming involved.

Love that idea, out of the box, but the laptop is usually connected to a corporate VPN, while other computer is on home network.
