More info?)
Vera, it sounds like these are remote clients that are NOT domain members. If this is the case, printing to a remote office whould be contingent upon users having an active RDP Session and a shared printer.
I can't think of any simple way to solve this problem, but would be interested in others who may ave dealt with this kind of situation.
Another option would be to add a free PDF Printer to the terminal server and have users save the output in a specific location or email to the other users.
Max, can you be a little more specific about the setup, i.e. how the clients are connected, if they're all in different offices, if they're using VPN...

Maybe, if you tell why it doesn't work.
Exactly what did you do?
Exactly what error message did you get (if any)?
