How to show tiles and classic folders at the same time?

I recently reset my PC because it was having some issues, but now when I press the start menu, it shows me the tiles, and in the corner a little button that lets me access the folders and frequent and recent files, etc. However, before my reset, I would be able to see the live tiles and the folder portion simultaneously. Does anyone know how to get it back to that layout? I really liked it over just plain tiles or just plain folders.

I've already checked that, and tablet mode isn't enabled. Here's what my start looks like: http://i.imgur.com/fwiP7Sz.png
