How to slow a fan down

got a new custom system, with an Asus Z68 V-Pro and an Antec 183 V3 case. There is a fan mounted on the top of the case which is a little annoying.. how can I slow it down? There is also one on the rear of the case, and I have a Mugen 3 on the i7-2600k. I am only running this at 3.8Ghz so I should be ok slowing it down...

any help would be great.

you might need to purchase a fan controller. Does your fan have a hi and low speed switch on it?

You can use resistor cables or the PWM funcion of your motherboard, which you access via software. Check out the software that came with your board.
