How to solve i/o device error in bitlocker

Hey. I locked disk using bitlocker but now it's not working .
.with error(i/o device error). Plz plz help me ....

First things first, make sure the drive is securely connected to the computer (the cable isn't loose) and make sure it has adequate power. This is usually the source of this type of problem.
