How to solve suchost..exe-no disk error ?

when i insert a pen drive or a mobile memory chef then i saw " There is no disk in the drive. please insert a disk in to Drive\Device\Harddisk1\DR1. "and my pen drive or memory chef read slowly in my computer.But without using this my pc run smoothly.

Remove driver and let Windows rebuild,
