Hello, I have big perfomance issues with my laptop.
I noticed that recently when I installed Anno 1800, because even in low quality, I can only reach 15fps. I don't play really often soo I've never noticed that before and I don't have issues while using Adobe's softwares.
I made a benchmark and this is what I obtained:
https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/35002065
As you can see it's very bad even though and I don't think I have a bad configuration:
I5-7300HQ 2.5GHz 4 coeurs
GTX 1060 MaxQ Design
16go de RAM 2400Mhz
My drivers are updated and malwarebytes don't find anything.

Where do you think it might comes from ? How could I solve that ?

Thanks, and have a good day.

Yes it is
I forgot to mention it, but it regularly happens (1 or 2 every two months) to me to have BSOD, often: "FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE"

CPU has very high background utilization.
Check temperatures.
Check your system for viruses/malware. You may have cryptominer malware there.
The temperatures I have for CPU are between: 57 to 68°
For viruses I've thought about it but I don't know how to spot them, I only use malwarebytes and windows native antivirus.
