how to solve this??

When i open my pc i find this "reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key" when i see this message i restart my copmuter from the button in my case to restart,then this message doesn't show up again and my pc opens normally but it became very slow and opens everything very slowly.everthing in my pc become very slow.and when this happens i shut down my pc,and when i open it again all what i said above happen again.how to solve this problem ????

GIGABYTE GTX 960 WINDFORCE 2X
RAM:8GB
ASUS H61M-K MOTHERBOARD
WINDOWS 10

Sounds like the boot drive is failing. Hope your data is backed up. Are you using a HDD or SSD as your boot drive?

Sounds like your HDD is starting to fail. I would first try a new sata cable and them moving that cable to a different sata port.

We need to know what the OS is installed on a HDD or an SSD. HDDs and many SSDs are cabled sata drives and if the data or power cable has come loose or is failing it could display the problems you are seeing. It could also be caused by a failing HDD or SSD. More information would be helpful which is why I asked what drive you boot from.
