[SOLVED] How to solve this

After turning on my pc, half of the time monitor says "no signal, entering power saving mode". Then I have no other way but to restart my pc. Recently monitor shows these sometimes while gaming. Then I have to restart my pc. How can I solve this problem?
Config :
monitor- LG 22MK600M
Processor-Ryzen 5 3600
Mobo-B450 Tomahawk max
Gpu-Sapphire nitro + rx 5700 xt
Psu- antec hcg 750W gold

and yes as gpu is rgb, I can see that gpu is active but monitor is not getting signal . So can it really be a psu problem?

Are you overclocking anything?
Hows your CPU and GPU temps when gaming?

Your PSU is average, not really as good as Corsair TX and Seasonic Focus.

I am not overclocking. Cpu and gpu temperature are nearly 60-65 degree celcius. This problem mainly occurs while turning on my pc.

I would say its the PSU then. This happens when powering up and when under load.
Antec is not a great PSU brand.

Did you check if GPU power cables are properly connected and that the monitor to GPU connection is properly connected?

Its the PSU then. Try another working PSU to see if issue persists.

Have you changed in windows it's power saving options to 1 never put monitor to sleep and 2 never put computer to sleep in options.

Psu is a possibility(even the good ones fail) but I'd be more inclined to think it's a gpu or monitor issue. Can you try another gpu and or monitor?

actually I don't have extra monitor and gpu
but I will go from where i bought
