How to Speed Up The Uploading of Video to Youtube

Hi Toms Hardware. I have this very slow uploading video. At the past, I have this normal internet speed but the uploading of video on youtube takes 3 mins. less. So fast right? But after having no internet for 2 weeks, we make a deal with the computer shop owner to connect their internet to us. The speed of the internet is incredibly fast. So, I continue uploading videos. But then I was shock that it takes 300+ mins. to upload the video. I was like "Just when did the normal can outmatch the speed of the fast?" Please how do I speed this thing up? Oh I am using the video I'm uploading is form Microsoft Encoder.

the thing is that some business internet connections have fast download but low upload speed. If the internet connection has a low upload speed then there is nothing you can do to speed it up.
