[SOLVED] How to split sounds on PC to separate displays ?

Hi..
I am connecting my PC at to a monitor and a TV to watch films etc. So sometimes my family wants to watch a film on PC to TV and I want to play games to moniter. but the sound of the game and the film are mixed together. Is there a way to let me hear just the game at headset and they hear just the film sound at TV??

A lot of movie players, like VLC, allow you to select the audio device so if you have the TV connected with HDMI to your GPU then the TV will show up as an audio device and the player will only send the movie audio to it.

VLC can play video from free webpages but most of the times they have protections on the websites that make it impossible for VLC or any other player to stream it.
