How to spot a fake huawei dongle?

I'm planning to buy huawei E3131 dongle. I've noticed that there are to types of this same model.one is glossy finish and other one is in mat finish.
So which one is the genuine one?

Mine is white mat finish and its 100% original as i've got it from my ISP.

some glossy finish dongles are for sale in ebay.I think glossy ones are fake.
