Im using Zotac Nvidia Gt610 2Gb synergy edition as my GPU right now . I want to know how can I get max fps in Csgo At optimal settings by any means like overclocking or tweaks . Like right now I play on GeForce Experience Optimal Settings and I get like 60-70Fps on 1280x720 resolution. I just want to overclock my cpu as well as gpu so that I can get around 80-100fps on low resolution. My specs are

Win10 x64 64bit
i3 4150 3.50Ghz
4gigs RAM
AsRock H91M-Plus
Zotac Nvidia Gt610 2Gb (non oc)

You can't overclock your CPU, for one it has a locked multiplier and two your motherboard doesn't allow baseclock overclocking. As far as your GT 610, I don't think you will get that much performance increase from overclocking it.

You'd probably be better off configuring the game and Windows to improve performance. Watch some videos like this-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdHd2IGVV-8

You can also try disabling Windows Aero.

Other than that, why not just save some money for a GPU upgrade? You could desperately use one. Even a GT 1030 would do very nicely in CS GO compared to your GT 610.
