how to start asus computer in safe mode windows xp

Hi, I disable my administrator account but before that I enable user account when restart my computer the user account not show up and also the administrator is not working what should I do please tell me.

For Safe mode: F8 to get boot options or F5 to boot in safe mode without boot menu.
