Question How to start computer after removing BIOS clearing jumper while computer was plugged in, but off

Okay, I messed up. I wanted to reinstall Windows 7 on my old computer which I use for old games. I turned off the computer (but left the power cord in), changed the jumper from 1-2 to 2-3, waited 5-10 seconds, then removed the jumper to put it back on 1-2. The computer immediately started before I could get the jumper back on. I pressed the start button and held it until the computer stopped. then put the jumper back on pins 1-2. The computer will not start at all. I have a green light on the ASUS Sabertooth x79 MB, but nothing else happens when I turn on the power. Am I screwed, or is there a fix?
