I'm not sure if something is fried but the motherboard won't start when I jump start it with a screwdriver(its a really old one with a celeron cpu). Is there any other way to start it up?
TY
Power switch pins are the only way to start a pc.
Some OC oriented motherboards have start button on-board also (some on I/O shield), but this is not very common.

The pins is the only way to turn on the motherboard which inturn turns the psu on. Seems like there's a fault somewhere between the pins and the psu preventing a turn on signal getting through. Could be motherboard or psu.
My old psu has a little exposed wiring on the to of the 12 pin connector on the motherboard that can be used to jump start it with a paper clip.
The psu has no fans but it works.
I have tried to jump start it and the jump starting worked from the top of the 12 pin connector but it didn't turn on.
I heard the que that it tried to turn on.
I will close this case as the motherboard is probably fried(RIP celeron).
