Question How to stop an overlay utility from running on a particular application?

So the title pretty much sums it up. I've been trying to use a program called "WindowTop" to make photos transparent, making them easy to recreate as custom symbols in a game. The problem is, Windows Top applies itself to all running applications including the game. The game's anticheat detects it and kicks me from the servers. It seems there is no way to only run it on one application.

I was thinking there could be a solution involving application permissions or perhaps a way to end the overlay process inside a single application but my knowledge of windows 10 is very limited. Any help would be great thank you
