how to stop CPU from over heating while playing games

after installing a new CPU when ever i play i game for 30 minutes - 1 hour my CPU over heats and freezes my computer.
i use speedfan and says temp1: 51C with a fire symbol next to it.
i tired putting thermal paste to it and it still over heated and froze what should i do?

AMD A10-7850k, stock standard cpu that came with the cpu, fractal design core1000 sub 3.0 computer case, GPU-AMD R7 260x, 8gb ram, 1 TB hard drive, 500w PSU anything else you need I'll post it

And yeah I thought 51C doesn't seem right so I checked speccy and saw it at 91 C after 10 minutes playing games. Speedfan seems off

The only software that correctly reports temperatures on AMD chips is AMD Overdrive .
It will tell you the 'thermal margin" . How much hotter the chip can get before it would start throttling back .

You would definitely need to use AMD Overdrive for the temps. If you are truly getting 91 you will need another cooler. The stock coolers are notoriously poor.
