Alright, so as we all know by now... or should know, Windows 10 is available for FREE to those who have Windows 7/8. And what most should know by now, is Microsoft is shoving this down people's throats which is more worrisome than not, in fact I am so downright concerned about how hard Microsoft is trying to get everyone to upgrade that I am seriously considering switching OS's, I don't have the first clue as to how to run Linux but that's my first option, also considering Steam OS for gaming, but that limits some of the games I want to play
This is getting to a law suit level of harassment as I am sure I didn't consent viruses and spam to be downloaded onto MY computer, I have upgraded to Windows 10 3 times since it release, and all 3 times I have reverted back to the also hated Windows 8.1 because I simply hate it and I don't ever want to use it. This started out as a little box that opens in the lower right corner of my screen once every couple days, to a large window in the middle of my screen once a day, to that same window every 5-10 minutes and I have no clue how to stop it.
I followed some websites guide saying I have to go uninstall an update but that particular update doesn't show up in my current list of updates.... Anyone have a clue? I suppose I could do a restore, but then I have to be sure I don't reinstall that same pesky virus.... I mean update.
