how to stop noises when moving mouse

All movements I make with the mouse or even keystrokes cause a noise that can be heard all the time and is quite annoying.

This has happened to me and I'm not sure if this is your problem since your question is very vague, but every time moved my mouse it would make a static/ white noise sound. What i did to fix this was lower my microphone boost setting. (go to control panel > search up "sound" and open it > click the recording tab)
