How to stop Samsung SSD Secure Eraser

I had some problems after trying to install Windows 10, so after a fresh install of Windoes 7 my HDD was not appearing anywhere. But now I finally have it working and it is just opening the Samsung SSD Secure Earase Utility on boot. When I exit to DOS it says, 'C:\SAMSUNG\SECREASE>'
How can I close this program so I can access my backed up data on my HDD?

its two folders in. the outter folder is SAMSUN and the nested folder is SECREASE.

I typed exit, but it said something along the lines of "Invalid Command"

Do you have a CD or USB that you made bootable of secure erase? if so, remove it. Also, try changing your boot order.
