How to stop this stupid "feature"?

Does anyone know how to stop the display of the last viewed picture in the top left corner of my Dell Inspiron 1525 when I quickly move the mouse there? It's really annoying to have some porn picture pop up when I'm working with my wife on some project. Thank you!

This is Windows 8? That shows the last 'app'.

Solution? Use something else for your porn, rather than the Windows 8 apps.
IrfanView for pictures, VLC for video.
