How to stop Windows from reinstalling unistalled hardware

I'm trying to disable all the unnecessary hardware from an instance of W7 I'm using for audio production.
So I uninstalled all of the networking and integrated sound etc....
But when I reboot Windows re-installs all of it back. How do i stop this. This instance of W7 isn't connected to the internet, and I have it set to never install drivers from Windows update.

Any ideas?

You need to check from bios if you can disable integrated peripherals, otherwise Windows automatically detects these during bootup.

But I have another instance of Windows on the same machine.
I use this other instance for regular stuff like internet or games or movies.

Is there no way to stop it from detecting this. I can't do this every time I boot it up.
